Long Reach Torque Reaction Arm w/ Interchangeable Sockets

This torque reaction solution provides a safe and ergonomic operating system that allows for torquing multiple bolt positions on either a single product line or across various product lines. It features multiple handle positions that are vertically locked with a spring pin, enabling operators to easily switch between product runs to maintain an ergonomic hand height at different bolt location heights. Additionally, the system incorporates a lift balance mechanism that holds the weight of the tool, allowing the operator to easily guide the torque tool to the desired torquing locations.

To facilitate changeover, a custom socket holder is included for standardized part placement. The system’s long reach and utilization of carbon fiber arms make it effortless for operators to move to multiple locations, as the reduced momentum eases handling.

Furthermore, the system ensures leveling at all rotations and incorporates a simple toggle parking brake to keep the arm stationary when the operator needs to be elsewhere.
