Our new GCI manipulator arm has been a great addition to our operation. It safely and efficiently handles 8-, 10-, and 12-inch Alpha valves without slowing down production. The installation also allowed us to reorganize the area — creating more room, reducing clutter, and enabling Alpha valve assembly in two separate work cells. This added flexibility really helps when we’re running large orders of 4- and 6-inch Alpha valves.
