Next week at The Assembly Show South in Nashville, we’ll be showcasing our demo cart featuring two product lines GCI is known for: carbon fiber arms and compact multi-spindle systems.
GCI has been engineering and manufacturing carbon fiber arms for nearly 15 years, which include manipulator arms capable of handling up to 500 lbs with 12’ of reach, and torque arms rated up to 7500 Nm at 12’ of reach or 3000 NM at 20’ of reach.
We’ve also been building multi-spindle systems for years, but this year we’re excited to unveil an upgraded version of the adjustable centers model. This new design pairs our proven multi-spindle platform with an innovative tire gripper plate, delivering enhanced performance in four key areas:
- Lighter: Reduced weight improves ergonomics and ensures compatibility with more mounting setups.
- Simpler: A more streamlined design means fewer complications and less maintenance.
- More Visible: A compact form factor improves operator visibility of the fasteners.
- Tool-Neutral: Like all our torque reaction solutions, this system is compatible with any tool brand.
