High-Capacity Stacker Manipulator with Tooling Mount

The client needed a safe and ergonomic way to handle a heavy hydraulic press used for a pin installation for heavy vehicles in the ag industry.

GCI engineered a stacker-style manipulator designed to support up to 1,250 lbs. The system was built with integrated operator controls for smooth vertical control and well balanced articulation joints for horizontal positioning. A mounting plate was included at the bottom of the end rotation so the client could easily attach their own tooling, maintaining compatibility with their existing process.
