This client had a need to safely and reliably fasten hub nuts to a clutch part in their assembly line. The end-effector needed to be able to keep the clutch from rotating while allowing the operator to work efficiently.
GCI engineered a custom interface that keeps the clutch still while the tool can properly fasten the ring. Dual load balancers help the operator to easily move the tool without the need for control buttons.
