GCI M150F – A Material Handling Manipulator with a capacity of 150 pounds constructed with carbon fiber technology

Since 2013 we began our tenure into carbon fiber and are still the only, worldwide, to incorporate it into high capacity material handling. This allowed us a much lighter alternative to steel and a reach up to 20′. This specific system was designed as an inside diameter (ID) gripper with an ergonomically efficient balance handle so that the operators can pick it at or near the floor and place within the assembly line without having to bend over.
