Qualifications:

GCI is looking for a self motivated Mechanical Engineer to add to our staff. Join our team of creative engineers to develop solutions for hundreds of global companies. We are searching for a team member who not only has a Mechanical Engineering degree, but also has an interest in controls design and troubleshooting. This position will develop new customer designs and will also create pneumatic and electrical control schematics. We are looking for a candidate with an interest or past experience in controls design, build, or troubleshooting, and are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities:

Our Mechanical Engineers have responsibility for a project lifecycle from design through shipment. The responsibilities include mechanical design, controls design, customer and sales support, fabrication and assembly support, purchasing project materials, and research and development,

Skills:

Qualified candidate must be comfortable with design software, ideally Autodesk Inventor and Ansys. An interest in electronic controls is a plus. Experience with fabrication and assembly techniques is desired.
